I enjoy the ability to create new notebooks for any event or project that I need to collect a mixture of content - video, photos, websites, Word or PDF files, and even voice recordings. I’m a big fan of Evernote, and anytime I find a new tool that supports Evernote and makes my life a bit easier, I try my hardest to find a way to integrate it into my work and/or home life. Many times it’s an app… and many times it’s an accessory of some sort. I get a lot of requests from friends and family (but also from complete strangers at my second office - aka, the coffee shop) who see me doing something with my tablet that they’ve not seen before. It’s the only personal assistant I can afford, so I’m always on the lookout for new ways to use it. I’ve made it an indispensable tool for both my job and my personal life. Look inside each app to find out how to connect the stylus to that app.People who know me will tell you I don’t go too many places without my iPad. For a list of apps that will connect to a Jot BT Stylus, check their website at. Unfortunately, Evernote is not such an app, and Penultimate doesn't run on iPhones. You can turn it on and use it as an ordinary stylus, or connect it within an app that supports Bluetooth styluses. Jim the Bluetooth styluses connect to specific apps, not to the iPhone as a whole. Is there some way to accomplish that in any of the Jot Script compatible iOS apps? I'd be happy if the text recognition created the errors it does but left me with mistakes I could correct on the keyboard when I review my notes later. I've also discovered that text recognition isn't the same as conversion to editable text. That works, but the interface to maintain pairing and just exactly what happens with and without pairing are far from seamless. Now you should see a box with controls that will let you connect your Jot stylus. That circle has the image of a fat pen (supposed to look like a stylus, I think.) Tap that circle. The leftmost circle has three dots in it. You will now see 12 circles across the top of your screen. Tap the one that has the image of a technical pen.ģ.
